The personal anecdotes of one MsHellion...okay, not so personal, I probably shared them with you the last time we went drinking...but if that's been a while, catch up here. If you want to catch up on my writing anecdotes, you can find me sailing at: HTTP://YOHOWRITERSLIFEFORME.BLOGSPOT.COM

Why don't you have the accessories in the picture? We might want to see the whole ensemble.
Wow, you sewed that yourself? It's wonderful. I've only made really really basic things for myself (a skirt and a jacket with LOTS of help from my more talented madre).
I totally recognize the work in this and am incredibly impressed with your talent.
Why thank you, Marnee. That's about 10 years of costuming making practice right there...sewn in about two weekends time. You make enough corsets, they start to get very old hat.
You also recognize the importance of IRONING. Always iron your pattern. Always.
Also, they don't vanity size these things. Suck it up and go up a size already! *note to self*
I had barely gotten in the door at work before they started with the picture taking...so I didn't have a chance to bring the accessories out.
Hellion - that is awesome! I am in a constant state of amazement at your talent. You look like you could go back to Williamsburg and get a job as one of the regulars.
I could, couldn't I? I wonder if Jack needs some help in the tavern. We can turn the mattresses together.
the costume is gorgeous!
*applauds*
Hellion, are you looking to make your own hat or purchase one?
